Rich Black

Founder/President of Sales

Rich is responsible for the overall revenue growth of PayDay through client growth, new product opportunities, and sales staffing.

Prior to founding PayDay in 2010, Rich was a Regional Sales Manager for Paychex Inc. with sales districts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. As a Paychex District Sales Manager and Sales Representative, Rich consistently achieved Top 10% in sales.

Prior to joining Paychex in 1996, Rich spent 5 years in the newspaper advertising business.

Rich is a resident of Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife and children. He is a 1990 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Major in Marketing.

Renee Deal

Founder/President of Operations

Renee is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, administrative functions and executing the vision of PayDay.

Prior to founding Payday in 2010, Renee was a District Sales Manager for Paychex Inc and was responsible for a quota of 1.5 million in annualized revenue and managing 8 outside sales consultants. Renee was assigned territories that were underperforming and in a short time turned those areas into successful enterprises. In 2009 Renee was recognized at the national sales conference as a top 10 sales manager.

Prior to joining Paychex in 2005, Renee oversaw sales and operations of a small local payroll company. She was responsible to implement policies and procedures for operations and increase sales for the company.  In 2 years sales increased by 35% and client retention was 98%.

Renee resides in Washington Township NJ for the past 20 years with her husband of 21 years and her 3 children.
